Today in our 2013 Chevrolet Silverado, we'll be taking a look at the Stack Rack Cargo Carrier. That part number is 310-VSR001. We already have it installed on our vehicle, we're gonna take a few measurements then we'll go over some features. First we're going to take an overall measurement here, how much we're adding to our vehicle. It's gonna be about 38 1/2 inches. Our ground clearance is gonna be about 13 1/4 inches and our closest point is going to be about 6 inches away. Now you'll notice that this is a two-level carrier. more

MaxxTow Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2013 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on 2013 Chevrolet Silverado we're going to be taking a look at the Maxxtow Cargo Carrier With Ramp, part number MT70100. Now this cargo carrier's going to be perfect for carrying a lawn mower, a scooter, or pretty much anything that has wheels that we may need to carry on the back of our truck. Now the way we're going to fold our ramp down is if we come to the side here, we're going to have a pin and clip on each end. Now if we remove the clip we can go ahead and push the pin out and remove it, and we can remove the other side as well. Once we have both removed we can lower the ramp down, allowing us to load up any of our gear. Now our cargo carrier is going to add quite a bit to the back of our truck, so there are a few measurements I'd like to give you. Our ramp for example is going to come in at roughly, right about 40". more

Today on our 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, we're doing a test fit of the Maxxtow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422 and it's designed to work with two-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance is going to be first. Right up under here at the back of the carrier, we're going to have about 15 3/4 inches. Overall to the vehicle, we're adding about 29 inches. more

It's designed to work with 2 inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements here. Our ground clearance is going to be first. We have about 16 and 1/2 inches there. Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 34 and 3/4 inches. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2008 Chevrolet Silverado C18150- Video
Today, on our 2008 Chevrolet Silverado, we're doing a test fit of the Curt 20x60 Cargo Carrier. That part number is C18150. Now, this is designed to work with 2-inch hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. We already have it on our vehicle. The first thing we're going to do is take a few measurements. Our ground clearance is first. We have about 19 3/4 inches of clearance. That's because we do have that raised shank back here in the back which is going to lift the carrier even higher than your hitch. Overall, to the truck, we're adding about 29 1/4 inches. Our closest point is going to be about 8 1/2 inches there. Now, on our truck, we have a single passenger side exhaust. It comes straight out here to the side, so we don't have to worry about being pre-cautious with heat sensitive materials in our carrier. The next thing we'll check is our tailgate. If we drop it down all the way, you can see that we don't make contact anywhere on the carrier. It does hang over just a bit. more

Lets Go Aero Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, we'll be doing a test for the Let's Go Aero Gear Cage Cargo Carrier. That's part number HCR222. It's dimensions are 48"x32"; it has a 300-pound weight capacity. As you can see, it's a sizable carrier, plenty of room to tie down, use anchor points for our cargo, and it's secured into our 2"x2" receiver with an anti-rattle bolt. That's going to help reduce a lot of the play and the movement within our carrier when we're driving down the road. You can see there's not a lot of play in there with that tightened down. It's dimensions are 31 by 47, it has a max capacity of 400 pounds and it's for 2" hitches only. We can go ahead and begin by inserting our shank into our receiver. Our receiver here today is a 2-1/2" receiver. We've got an adapter to make it 2" for our cargo carrier. We'll go ahead and line up our pin holes. more

Rola Dart Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2010 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Series Crew Cab, we'll be test fitting the Rola Dart Folding Cargo Carrier, that's part number 59550. Its dimensions are 23x56. It has a max capacity of 450 pounds and it's for 2 inch hitches only. Our receiver here today is a 2 1/2 inch receiver, we've got an adapter to make it a 2 inch. We can go ahead and begin by inserting our shank into our receiver, we'll line up our pin holes, that looks pretty good and then we'll take our included anti rattle bolt, thread that through, grab our socket wrench and tighten that the rest of the way down. Nice thing about this anti rattle bolt it's going to help reduce the play and the rattle within our hitch and our cargo carrier. more
